We ship nationwide across South Africa, with international orders available on request via WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders within SA arrive in 2–5 working days via PAXI or courier. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships.
What's your return policy?+
Unworn items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Drops are limited — sizes are not always restocked.
How do the mocknecks fit?+
Boxy, oversized through the body with a longer back hem. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down.
Do you restock?+
Rarely. SACXESS operates in limited drops — once a colourway is gone, it's gone.
