At Sacxess Clothing, we take pride in delivering premium-quality streetwear inspired by culture, creativity, and craftsmanship. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unworn
  • Item is unwashed
  • Item is undamaged
  • Original tags are still attached
  • Item is returned in its original packaging
  • Item was purchased directly from Sacxess Clothing online or at an official Sacxess Clothing pop-up / store

Please note:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Sale, discounted, promotional, limited-release, or custom-made items may not qualify for exchange
  • Socks, underwear, swimwear, and jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Courier or shipping costs for exchanges may apply.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery or purchase.

To qualify for a refund, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include all original tags and proof of purchase
  • Be purchased directly from Sacxess Clothing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to reflect once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Please note:

  • No refunds on sale, promotional, or limited-release items
  • Shipping or courier fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective

Defective or Incorrect Items

We aim to ensure every Sacxess Clothing product meets our quality standards. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

A defect refers to a manufacturing fault and does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper care
  • Fading, shrinking, or damage caused by incorrect washing methods

Once the item is assessed and approved as defective, we may:

  • Replace the item
  • Offer a store credit
  • Issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable

Return Process

To request a return, exchange, or refund, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Full name and contact details
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the item if damaged or incorrect

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to change or cancel it immediately due to processing times. If you made an error on your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

International Orders

International orders may not qualify for refunds or exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

This policy operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa and applicable consumer rights legislation.
